GAVAR New Membership Fees Include: 
 
REALTOR Dues: These fees pay for your  National, California & GAVAR local REALTOR Dues (April-December 2021). 
 
MLS & Key Dues: These fees pay to allow you to search for listings, add listings into the FLEX MLS and use the Sentrilock Key with the Greater Antelope Valley Association of REALTORS. (April- October 2021)
 
Membership Applications will be processed between 9a.m.-4p.m. Monday-Friday with the exception of Holidays.
 
ALL MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS
